FRANK TURNER - 'Little Changes'

Director: Glenn Patton

Director: Glen Patton
Production Company: Kode Media

Glenn Patton puts Frank Turner in a challenging situation in his video for Little Changes - with entertaining results.

Frank has to keep up with the professional dancers who actually know how to execute a rehearsed choreography. So he stubles through while they take the spotlight. And of course its the contrast between their smooth moves and his goofy attempts at following them - but his eventual improvement - which makes it so watchable.

A strong idea that wouldn't work for OK Go, but works very well for Frank Turner.

GLENN PATTON:

"This song, I felt, was very different for Frank and I liked that he stepped out of his comfort zone when I read the brief. Frank wanted a self-deprecating idea for his music video and because of his loyal fanbase, I wanted to direct him into something where he really grabbed the idea by the kahunas and ran with it.

"For me, it's one of those music videos where you can’t help but grin. It's that knowing tongue-in-cheek, deadpan British sense of humour that I wanted to portray which I hope has came across."
